Public Offer
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE OFFER AND AGREEMENT TERMINOLOGY
1.1. The following terminology is used in this Offer:
Offer is an offer to enter into this Agreement. The Agreement itself is concluded by unconditional acceptance of the Offer.
Acceptance of the Offer is the full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by performing the actions specified in paragraph 1.6 of the Offer. Acceptance of the Offer creates the Agreement.
Administration / Training Center — WEPRO Limited Liability Company, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 307886768, registered address: 35 Mirzo Ulugbek Street, Bagishamal (Siyob) District, Samarkand.
User / Client / Student — an individual who accessed the Website without accepting the Agreement but to review it ("User"), subsequently registered on the Website, and wishing to receive the Training Center's services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement by accepting the Agreement ("Customer"), and who is actually receiving services under the Agreement ("Student"). The Student may be the Client.
Testing is a free procedure aimed at determining the Student's educational level in basic computer literacy.
Course is a course of IT training selected by the Client and agreed upon with the Training Center, using the Training Center's methodology over a specific period of time, with a fixed maximum number of lessons in specific formats, at the current price, taking into account the discount in effect at the time of selection (if any). The Client wishes to receive and intends to pay for it, and the Training Center is willing to provide it.
Parties / Party are hereinafter referred to in the Agreement as the Administration / Training Center and the User / Client / Student, individually or jointly.
Website is the Training Center's website, located on the Internet under the domain name (address, domain) https://www.wepro.uz/ , as well as the web pages included therein.
1.2. This Agreement may use terms not specified in this section. In such cases, the term shall be interpreted in accordance with the text of the Agreement. In the absence of an unambiguous interpretation of a term in the text, the parties shall be guided by the interpretation of the term primarily as defined on the Website, and then in accordance with business practices and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.3. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.4. The person who accepts the Offer acquires all rights and obligations of the Client with respect to the services provided by the Training Center.
1.5. Full and unconditional Acceptance of the Offer means any action to fulfill the terms and conditions specified in this Offer, including:
- payment for services by the Client;
- registration as a Client on the Website;
- provision of personal information by the Client/Student to the Training Center (full name, date of birth, telephone number);
- confirmation by the Client of having read the terms and conditions of the Offer in their personal account on the Website;
- as well as other actions confirming the Client's intention to use the Training Center's services.
1.6. Before accepting this Offer, the User/Customer/Listener confirms that:
- he/she has carefully reviewed, understood, and accepted each clause of the Agreement without reservation;
- he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the contents of the Website and the methods of interaction with the Administration;
- he/she has voluntarily and without coercion signed (accepted) the Agreement;
- he/she confirms legal capacity, competence, and age in accordance with Article 27 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the legal right to enter into contractual relations on behalf of the person in whose name the registration was made. If the user of the service is a minor, the Client may be a parent (guardian, or other individual who is the legal representative of the minor).
1.7. By using the Website, the User confirms their agreement with the Offer and expresses their consent to the processing of personal data during any registration interaction with the Administration.
1.8. The Agreement shall enter into force upon its Acceptance and remain in effect until the Parties fulfill their obligations.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. Under this Agreement, the Training Center provides the Student with computer literacy training services based on the course selected by the Client, as agreed upon with the Training Center, in accordance with the price list published on the Website, and the Client pays for these services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
2.2. The training format depends on the training provided by the Administrator.
